These Circle are:
Ona Eggleston Circle which meets the 1st Tuesday of every month at either noon or 6:00 pm. The time is always posted in advance. We either meet in homes or at the church whichever the hostess prefers. Our program consists of a devotional, Love Gift, and the main program.
Viergie West/Rachel West Circle meets at the church on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 10:00 am.
Our circles have several projects including:
- Camp Happy Valley
- Remember shut-ins with gifts, cards, and visits
- Scholarship girls
- White Cross quotas
- Sunshine baskets
- Bible reading program
- Quarters for Weirton Christian Center
- Christmas baskets Quilts for missionaries and the needy
- Adopt a needy family at Christmas
- Love Gift fund
- State projects
- National projects

AWANA Ministry
Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed (2 Timothy 2:15)
This program focuses on bible memorization (Psalm 119:11).
Leaders are needed to teach, listen to, and assist the children in completing their responsibilites. Training for AWANA leaders is available and strongly encouraged. AWANA leaders serve from 6:45 pm to 8:15 pm on Wednesday nights during the school year. Contact person Sandi Payne.

Sunday School
Our Sunday School Program, which begins at 9:45 every Sunday morning, is divided into three divisions. The divisions available are adult, children, and youth.
I. The adult department classes are:
Philathea – All ladies
Win One – All ladies
Friendship – Men and Women
Upper Room – Men and Women
Men’s Bible – All Men
Sam’s (Single’s class) – Men and Women
Sanctuary – Men and Women
College and Career – Men and Women
The Discovery Class (See Discipleship Ministry)
II. The Children’s Department is divided into seven divisions:
Nursery – Birth up to two years
Ages 2?s and 3?s
Ages 4?s and 5?s
1st and 2nd grade
3rd, 4th, and 5th grade boys
3rd, 4th, and 5th grade girls
III. The Youth Department is divided into two sections:
The Middle School classes are offered to boys and girls in the sixth through eighth grade.
The High School classes are available to boys and girls in the nighth through twelfth grade.
We have Children’s Church during the 11:00 am worship hour every Sunday. This ministry is for boys and girls in Kindergarten through the fifth grade.
Transportation and Van Minitsry
This ministry’s goal is to provide safe, dependable transportation support to any church sponsored trip or outing. This could also, but not necessarily, include being available for providing transportation assistance for those wishing to attend worship services who otherwise would be unable to do so.

Ushering Committee
Ushers minister through creating a positive impression by providing a warm friendly atmosphere to worshipers, assist in seating arrangements and help in making sure the services run smoothly. In addition, each Usher will serve in receiving the offerings and remain available to provide assistance, when necessary, during and after the worship service.

Vacation Bible School
Visitation Ministry
This Deacon led church-wide outreach ministry focuses on contacting all visitors to our church from the previous month. Participants are teamed together for visitation and commit to one night a month. Other types of follow up might include letter writing and phone calls.

This goal of this ministry is to Build and Maintain the Church’s presence on the internet.

Worship and Music Ministry
Musicians – We are always looking for people who play an instrument and would like to participate in worship service and Praise Band Activities.
Adult Choir – We need people who would like to join us in singing praises to God during the 11am worship service and during special holidays. We practice after the Sunday evening service at 7:15pm on the gym stage.
Kids Choir – Voices and helpers are needed to participate in this fun ministry. The Kids Choir practices during a portion of Children’s Church during the 11am worship service.
Groups and Solos – Do you enjoy singing solos or do you sing with a group? We need you to participate in worship services.
Youth Ministry
Our youth ministry for teens, grade 6-12, exists to seek, discover, establish, and grow relationships with all students, showing the love of God and a servants’ heart by offering a safe and welcoming family environment.
