We will be leaving the church at 5:00PM Friday (We will stop for fast food around 6:00 so student may want to bring a snack). STUDENT WILL NEED MONEY FOR DINNER FRIDAY (Approx. $7.00)

 

We leave after eating lunch at Cabin on Sunday and will return Sunday around 4:00PM, we will use cell phones to give exact timing.

 

An Itinerary for the weekend is to follow shortly.

Dec. 18th 4:30-6:00 and childrens program is from 6:00-7:30 with coffee and desserts following.

This will be a fundraiser for the Building Program of our Missionary in the Philippines- JR De Guzman. It is also a great opportunity for the Youth of our church to contribute to a good cause this Christmas.

Dinner will be served each evening beginning at 5:15.

Please bring a white t-shirt labeled with your child’s name and age as soon as possible so we can begin preparing for tie-dye night. Donations of t-shirts would be greatly appreciated for any children that may not be able to provide a t-shirt. If you have any extra kroger or wal-mart plastic bags these would be appreciated as well.

Bible school activities will be conducted from 6 to 8 pm, beginning Sunday, June 26, and continuing through Thursday, June 30. Dinner each evening beginning at 5:15 pm will be prepared and served in the Fellowship Hall by members of Sunday School Classes.

The Bible school is for ages 2 years through sixth grade with infant care provided.

Ashley Slone, Bible school director, said, “We will have a different theme each night which will be announced in advance, and each evening the children will visit several ‘stations’ which include lessons, crafts, games, music, and snacks.”

Ms. Slone added, “The last evening we will have inflatables, cotton candy, and snow cones.”
